Our Certificate III in Warehousing Operations qualification reflects the roles in the warehouse and storage industry. It involves a defined range of skilled operations, usually within a range of broader related activities involving known routines, methods and procedures, with some discretion and judgement selecting equipment, services and contingency measures and within known time constraints.
General Warehouse Operator;
Dispatch Clerk; or
There are no formal entry requirements for this course. However, prior to enrolment students are required to provide their Unique Student Identifier, photo identification and meet the language, literacy, and numeracy requirements.
Upon successfully completing this qualification, participants will have the knowledge and skills to:
Exhibit enhanced workplace communication skills, while working in a team;
Identify safe work practices and how to work safely in a warehouse environment; and
Understand the day-to-day functions of transport and logistics industry.
The course is delivered at venues throughout Queensland. The program requires face to face attendance, project work and both theory and practical activities and assessments. Participants have up to 12 months to complete all required work.
